## <mark style="color:blue;">1.产品信息相关问题</mark>

#### **Q1：模板项目里的产品信息，需要自己换成目标产品， 还是会自动对应Offer呢？**

**A：**&#x4EA7;品信息是需要自行上传资产 进行替换的，不会自动对应Offer哦（换肤编辑&自由编辑都是）

## <mark style="color:blue;">2.资产格式相关问题</mark>

#### **Q1：在使用【换肤**编&#x8F91;**】时，看到坑位要求图片最大1MB，这是仅针对我用的这个模板还是针对所有模板呢？**

**A：**&#x56FE;片大小要求是针对所有的，换肤编辑器和自由编辑器都要求图片1M以下哦。考虑到渠道对包体大小的限制，建议您不要使用太多大尺寸的图片，不然超包的话后面还是要压缩。

#### **Q2：资源替换后，预览觉得图片有点糊，不够清晰怎么办？**

**A：**&#x56E0;各渠道对包体大小有限制，所以在制作素材时 不建议使用较大的资源，避免压缩受限导致返工。

处理办法建议：检查图片本身是否清晰，细节是否足够

* 清晰 → 若在【换肤编辑】里替换觉得模糊，可<mark style="color:red;">将项目【复制至自由编辑】去替换</mark>（背景图可添加在"场景"内，不上传到"全局设置"的背景图片处）
* 不清晰 → 重新导出：
  * a. 导出png时不要用快速导出，要选择最高质量的选项；
    导出大尺寸高质量图后，再额外用压缩工具压回到符合要求的大小内（<https://tinypng.com/）；>
  * b. 或把觉得模糊的所有图片大小控制在1M去替换，在导出时如果提示超包，再通过\[智能压缩]功能去压一下整个包体；
  * c. 或将图片转成jpg格式，并【复制至自由编辑】去替换（因同等尺寸的图片，PNG的大小会比JPG的大）

#### **Q3：模板的序列帧坑位，想替换成静图怎么办？**

**A：**&#x56E0;模板各坑位类型的格式是无法更改的，如果想替换为静图，可以将多张相同的图片打包为序列帧的格式，再上传替换。例如：坑位显示帧数为10张，则在本地需要打包≥10张图片

## <mark style="color:blue;">3.背景图片相关问题</mark>

#### **Q1：替换背景图片后，图片显示不完整/变形？**

**A：**&#x5728;您替换图片类型的资产时，如坑位名称显&#x793A;**"背景图"**&#x76F8;关

* 建议您使用适合用作背景的图片进行替换，如纯色图片/模糊图片/被拉伸后不受影响的图片
* 不建议您使用 与核心玩法息息相关的图片 或 人物占主体的图片作为背景图

这是因为：背景图主要是给横竖屏的排版适配兜底，以保证在不同尺寸的设备下都能铺满全屏，不露白边/黑边，所以背景图的尺寸要求会比常规图层要大很多，若您的背景图尺寸偏小或图中主体占比过大，则可能会被拉伸变形，无法完美适配或无法完全展示。

若您仍想用这类图片当作背景，建议：

* 先在外部处理一下图片：调整图片尺寸、缩小主体的占比，再进入项目进行替换
* 若【换肤编辑】仍无法满足您的需求，建议将项目**复制至自由编辑**，在自由编辑器内进行精细化的编辑，调整图片的大小及位置

## <mark style="color:blue;">4.包体或平台报错问题</mark>

#### Q1：使用换肤编辑时，弹出"当前分类下配置内容校验不通过"，是什么情况？

**A：**&#x8FD9;种情况大概率出现在 您用自由编辑器存为模板的项目转到"换肤编辑"时，由于某些图层的命名过长导致报错（换肤编辑的资产坑位名长度 需控制在100个字符内），在坑位名处缩减名称即可解决。

#### Q2：我所有待替换的资产在本地仅3M，通过换肤编辑替换后，包体怎么成倍增加了？

**A：**&#x5927;概率是因为替换图片时，在窗口使用了裁剪功能，也就是调节过截图里的显示比例；此外，若您的图片尺寸和模板坑位要求的尺寸不一致时，尽管您没有调节比例，也会默认触发裁剪功能。

\>>>换肤编辑器的裁剪功能当前待优化，需要暂时避免使用该功能，因此，您需要按照模板图片坑位的尺寸要求 提前在本地处理好图片，再导入编辑器替换。
